No big roads in the park

The city has only permitted 2 residential towers over 600 feet & so far no office tower has been permitted to reach 500 feet. So it would have been interesting to actually see a 700' tall structure in the city.

The tallest office tower in Seattle, LA & Toronto are all twice the height of the Vancouver office stumps. In NYC & Chicago its 3 times the height.

The TD was the first office tower in Vancouver to actually have offices on a 30th floor, the TD tower in Toronto is almost 60 stories. The SB tower was the 2nd office tower permitted to rise above 35 floors, the SB in Toronto is double the height, at almost 70 stories.
So far, no office tower in Vancouver has been permitted to have a 40th floor, let alone 50, 60 or 70+ stories.
