NW should really be a hub city between Surrey, Burnaby & Coquitlam, but there has been a multi-generational resistance pattern. BC can contain the area of Switzerland 23 times, yet BC has yet to reach the population of 1 Switzerland. Canada is nowhere close to containing 1% of the world's population.
