Vancouver Since Expo 86

Vancouver has remained a transportation infrastructure joke since Expo_86 and long before the fair.

Unlike Vancouver after Expo 86, Brisbane was allowed to become a proper big city after its World_Expo_88.

Brisbane is a major port city on the Pacific Rim. Thus, it has a lot of big city type infrastructure. Unfortunately, for western Canada, Vancouver is still stuck with mostly narrow roads, short trains and single freight train tracks, when they should be at least double tracked.
