One of the most obvious ways to perpetuate the BC antigrowth agenda is to go backwards and build smaller infrastructure. Where does the money go if it's not always going towards proper big city size infrastructure?
Half sized buildings, half sized trains, half sized bridges, that's the VMV & BCMV in action.
